Palmera Projects brings to Brisbane DANCES OF INDIA – a unique live performance of unique dances from all over India. This colourful, entertaining show will be held on SATURDAY, JANUARY 30, 2010 and will be in support of the suffering population in the war torn regions of Sri Lanka and Mater Little Miracles. India’s astounding diversity of religions, languages, and cultures is unique and unparalleled. It's society is varied and complex in its rich heritage and is among the oldest in the world, with five thousand years of history nourishing the growth of a great civilization. It has been further vitalized through cross-cultural contact and characterized by unity in diversity of culture and race, caste, religion, and language.
